there are about 4 other types for wet not damp conditions
1 states be aware that it will not come of the rubber

Don't want to be a killjoy, but it ruins the tarmac, once it's on you'll never get rid of it.
Apart from that additive of any type on tyres is banned by the BRCA IC section.
