Hi Saddad, not a daft question at all.
A 19'Turn' motor is the common name given to a motor that has 19 turns of 1 wire around each pole of its armature inside. This type of motor over recent years has been used in the 'Pro-stock' class so that everyone was using a similar motor.
The 19x2 simply refers to a motor that has 19 turns of 2 wires around each pole. Thus deeming it illegal for use in the 'Pro-stock' class.
However if you were planning a trip to our track either would be fine because we run our electric class as'open' so whatever motor you like.
