Paul, please.please, please tell me your haven't got an R12. Tris had one for 3 meetings, full Schumacher backing and Andy Wallis giving us all the advice we wanted. It had a mind of its own. Andys car was so special and needed constant tweeking that it was impossible to duplicate. On our crappo meter, on a scale of 1-10 this car was a 9.5. There have only ever been 2 drivers who have been able to get them to work Andy Wallis and David Hall and both had Phil Booth looking over their shoulders. We spent a HUGE amount of time at Snett. trying to get it to work, I mean whole days with no other drivers on the track just trying different stuff, but the rear end will for no explicable reason just suddenly loose traction and it will spin out.
But if you can tame the beast, more power to you.

An R12 it is indeed, just about a spanker and has cost me nothing to get,so i'll give it a go.
There was a chap at ours,Stuart(Ash knows him),who definately had his going well.As quick around ours as my NT1.
Oh well,we'll see.

Paul.

Sincerly hope you have more luck than we did. There are 2 setup sheets on the schumacher website in Tech Info. Look under Old Cars. One is for Snett.

Never underestimate Mr B, if the car don’t break he will be up there, as Paul said the R12, 2 years ago was the car to beat at cmcc
Mr.B

Purple power
Mr.B

After a few adjustments the Purple Power was excellent.
Good enough to be right on the pace with the quick boys.
spmcc

Nice one Paul.
tobiemanser

i must admit it looked quite good going round not so sideways and lively as the nt1 more controled and also your leaving the bad tast of broken belts and unfinished finals behind you good luck to ya.
