DAVY J's RETIREMENTMany thanks Paul & Tim for your kind comments. It was a decision
which took a long time to make, and while it's been made, I still
wonder if it was the right one. ( I used to be indecisive, now I'm not
so sure !). It was a bit of a sad moment when I handed over the car
and bits to Paul, needed a tissue. Still, I had a good run, 20 years,
which was mainly all good fun, high's and low's as well. I would like to
keep in touch with you all and come up to the track, there's nothing
like the smell of NITRO on a Sunday morning.
Thanks to you all, for your company and friendship over the years, and
don't forget. it's not the taking part that counts, it's the WINNING..
Take care
Kind Regards
Davy J.

Well, this is very sad news that I've just read - Is there any way we can persuade you to keep hold of your handset and car Dave? - even if it's only for the occassional Sunday spin?
If you really are decided that RC retirement is the best way to go, then I would like to wish you all the very best and thank you for your company and conversation at racing and during the "Harlequin" shop years.
