Here we go,

Darren picked me up at 6.10 and by the time we got to chelmsford it was raining, but nothing like what it was rainingon the M25!!!!
It was a monsoon! And even had a call from Leon saying that they were turning back. The only reason we continued was because we had a 'wet' car to share.
Got to WLRC at 7.40 and it stopped raining. However there was a lake in the middle of the track!
The boys down there did a good job sweeping it away and unbeleivably the sun came out and by the time of my first quali the track was 80% dry.
Anyway the first round was never going to be the quickest times for anyone so on to the second.
I was in the top heat but was last off.But had a really good run and set 18/303.9.And put me in 5th overall, happy bunny.
The track was getting warmer all the time so improvements were likely and in the 3rd round i had another good run going quicker to 18/301.4 but still dropping back 1 place to 6th in A.And once again in rather good company.
1st final and I had a demon start and after 2 1/2 minutes was in 3rd and mixing it(shows what a bit of confidence can do)but then i got knocked by the guy in 4th and it left me on my roof at the end of the straight and BANGthe hit was so hard the battery flew out and actually split the casing,so 10th it was and i have to say i had the hump.
2nd final and not a bad start but again got hit at the first tight corner leaving me last, but had a good aggressive run and got back to 5th until the very last corner when i took my eye of the ball and clipped a kerb putting me 7th,Doh.
3rd final and the heavens had opened again. Darren had already won his final so the wet car was ready to go.The car was as slow as a slug but kept going for the 5mins and i got 5th.
So 7th overall.Quite happy but should have been better, the car was fandabbydozey.
It makes me 8th in the championship overall and thats with a bad score from Eastbourne to drop.

The others.
Matt Rowe quali 8th in A and i think finished 8th or 9th.
Matt Sadler looked good in quali but a little bad luck in finals and was about 6/7th in C.
Darren and Mikey were in the D and they both won a leg and both came second in a leg but Darren won it on the tie breaker.

Bashley next, need to keep the momentum going.
